“More than a degree — a launchpad.”

After months of intense coursework, case studies, group presentations, and applied projects, I officially completed my Master’s in International Hotel Management at Les Roches Marbella. More than just an academic program, it was a transformational chapter — one that challenged me, shaped me, and gave me the tools to grow both professionally and personally.
The program was designed to combine strategic theory with real-world hospitality practice. From financial and revenue management to marketing, leadership, and hotel operations, each module pushed me to think critically and connect different areas of hotel management. One of the highlights was the Applied Business Project, in which I worked on a research paper focused on strategic financial management in hospitality, analyzing how major hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt are adapting to today’s challenges — from financial sustainability to innovation and operational resilience.
Beyond academics, the experience was enriched by an international classroom, passionate faculty, and countless opportunities to step outside my comfort zone. I walked away not only with a diploma, but with the confidence to speak the language of business, the curiosity to keep learning, and the ambition to leave a mark wherever I go.
The closing ceremony was a moment of pride and reflection — the perfect conclusion to a journey that has prepared me for what’s next. And while this chapter may have come to an end, new opportunities are already on the horizon. I’m excited to embrace whatever comes next — with focus, drive, and gratitude.
